BS6 Hero Maestro Edge launched in Three Variants
When the Indian car industry is heading into the BS6 emission, The famous bike maker Hero Motocorp recently unveiled several BS6 bikes, including Passion Pro, Maestro Edge, XPulse Rally, Glamour 125, and others. After the implant of BS6, Hero Maestro Edge costs Rs 67,950.
In terms of price, the price of the BS6 Hero Maestro Edge is slight Rs 8000 more than the BS4 variant. The BS6 model of Maestro Edge is launched in three variants which are:
- Alloy Wheel with Drum Brake – priced at Rs 67,950
- Alloy Wheel with Disc Brake – priced at Rs 70,150
- Alloy Wheel with Disc Brake and a Unique Color Option – priced at Rs 70,650

Apart from the costs, the new BS6 125cc fuel injection engine comes equipped in the Hero Maestro Edge, same as in the Hero Destini 125
. The motor generates 9hp power at 7,000rpm and 10.4Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm.
New Maestro, elegantly built, provides a clean, sporty look. The new model has a new premium color option available. In addition to the look, it's equipped with many rich features that guarantee Hero's quality. It comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster and a rear fuel filler cover, a side stand and a service indicator, a modern i3s setup, and a USB port in the base of a sitting unit.

, Yamaha Ray ZR
, and Honda Activa 125
together with the price tag of Rs 67,950 for the base version. These are all the most common scooters in India.
